My 3pt quit working while bush hogging, still have power stiring. Any thoughts or help would be great. Thanks

Not familiar with your tractor at all but some general ideas:
Have you check the fluid?
The power steering and 3 pth may not use the same pump.
Do you have a valve that controls the speed of the 3 pth, if so have you check to be sure it is open?
Sure the linkage has not come loose? It is easy to get a stick into the linkage to jam it or to even bend it when bushhogging.

Fliud level is good speed valve is open and linkage is ok. Also the auxiliary hydrolics does not work,there are no working hydrolics in the back of the tractor. ....

I think you have one pump, driven by the engine. I suspect there is a divider valve, probably located near the clutch housing. It should have several hoses attached. I would suspect the hose/that part of the component/tube leading back to the underseat area, is plugged in some way. There is probably a filter in that area, also. Knowing that you have PS, indicates the pump is operating.
I have similar problem with my John Deere. ....
